Giacomo Leopardi, guardando l’orizzonte, immaginava “interminati spazi e sovrumani silenzi” che donavano quiete ma stimolavano la riflessione. Per noi, Oasi non è una semplice fuga dalla vita frenetica, ma anche un luogo dove fermarsi per guardare dentro l’essenza delle cose. Siamo felici di esser stati il luogo dell’anima di tante persone.

A place for the soul.

The 19th century Italian philosopher and poet Giacomo Leopardi, staring at the horizon, dreamed of “an endless space and a superhuman silence”, that provided peace and quiet but also encouraged contemplation.

We think of Oasi not only as a haven from the frenzied lives most of us lead, but as a place to stop and rewind as well, a place to look at the essence of all things. We are happy it has been a place for the soul for so many people along the years.
